Eureka Memorial Post 5468 Past Commander Dennis Fuchs passed away recently

He was the driving force in the formation of our Post which was Chartered on August 10, 1995. He served as the First Commander for a total of 4 years. He then was appointed as Adjutant for numerous years and maintained his involvement with the Post.
Dennis' request is that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the
Dennis did not restrict himself with only the VFW. He was involved with numerous Organizations in the Eureka Area. He was well known through out the region.
The Family has requested a VFW Memorial Service which will be held Monday, 11 January at 7:30pm. With the Covid Restrictions, the Ceremony will be broadcast on Zoom. Any attending on Zoom, it will be requested to enter muted as we desire not to have any disturbances. The Chat Feature will be enabled you you may send your condolences. The Family will be provided a copy on a later date
